President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has wished success to all students sitting this year’s higher secondary examinations, which began today.

In a post on X this morning, the President described the higher secondary exams as a crucial stage in building students’ futures, particularly in choosing the field they will pursue in higher education. He also extended his best wishes to the students’ families and schools.

The President said that, God willing, students would see the rewards of the hard work they put into preparing for the exams. He expressed hope that they would perform well and bring results that make the whole nation proud.

This year, 4,973 students are set to sit the A-Level exams and 2,263 students the HSC exams across 53 centres. The A-Level exams, which started today, will conclude on 30 October.
