PNC starts door-to-door campaign for Male’ City elections

In preparation for the Local Council Elections and Women’s Development Committee Elections scheduled for this year, the ruling People’s National Congress (PNC) has today launched a special “door-to-door” activity in Male’ City. Commencing this morning from the area of the PNC’s main office in Male’, this activity aims to garner public support for the party’s candidate for Male’ City Mayor, Moosa Ali Jaleel, and candidates contesting for other City Council seats.

Under this campaign initiative, arrangements have been made for PNC teams to visit households across all areas of Male’. The party states that during these visits, they will share candidates’ manifestos and important information regarding party policies with the public, while also working to listen closely to the public’s opinions and concerns.

To inaugurate this activity, PNC Campaign Manager and Parliamentary Group Leader of the People’s Majlis, Inguraidhoo MP Ibrahim Falah, has appealed for the commencement of similar activities in other islands of the Maldives as well. With this activity, the PNC has intensified election excitement and officially expanded its campaign operations.
