On the occasion of World Braille Day, President of the Republic Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has stated that he will remain steadfast in building an inclusive Maldives.
In a social media post, the President highlighted that Braille Day celebrates the opportunities and freedom that Braille opens up for learning. According to the President, a truly inclusive society is one where pathways are established for everyone to access information and opportunities without any barriers.
The President stated that his resolve is to remain committed to building a Maldives where no one is left behind, with state policies founded on compassion and inclusive participation of everyone in decision-making.
