Germany’s Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) has reported that a 6.3 magnitude earthquake has struck Mexico’s Guerrero state.

The earthquake, which occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers, hit an area located 17,911 kilometers away from Addu City. In response to this incident, the Maldives Meteorological Service (Met) stated that this earthquake will not pose a direct threat to the Maldives. No casualties have been reported from this earthquake.
