The “Right Movement” begin signing petition to stop Israeli citizens’ entry to Maldives

A group of Maldivians have started gathering signature for a petition calling to prevent Israeli citizens from entering the country.

The petition was put forward by the “Right Movement” seeking a ban and deportation of Israeli nationals to show that they stand against the atrocities committed by the radical Jewish government to eliminate Palestine and the inhuman treatment meted out to the Palestinians.

According to the organisers of the petition, the process of signing the petition will be carried out in all parts of the country. The “Right Movement” said that those who want to take the initiative in Islands s to sign the petition are requested to participate as focal points.

Those who wish to work with the “Right Movement” in this regard can apply through the Right Movement page. Those who wish to sign petitions in male’ city have been provided with the same at tables set up across the city on a daily basis.

Information will also be shared through the Right Movement’s Facebook page during the signing process.

The “Right Movement” is spearheaded by the team that organised a massive march with over 22,000 people in male’ city in 2014 under the banner of “Maldivians with Palestine”. The Right Movement also took out a massive march in the city on October 20.

The march started from Rasfanu and passed through Majidi Road and concluded at Henveiru ground. The march concluded with a special prayer.
